Ukulogisch Museum – Le Musée Ukulogique
In contrast to ordinary everyday museums the Ukulogical Museum gets out its collection wherever it happens to be and demonstrates it to the public. The curators are Peter Van Eyck, Luk Tegenbos and Jan De Smet (De Nieuwe Snaar). Apart from being passionate collectors and manufacturers of new variations of Ukulele they are also gifted musicians. So a visit to the Ukulogical Museum is a succession of visual and musical tours de force alternating with hilarious demonstrations of various types of Ukulele that are threatened with extinction. You have to come and see with your own eyes the wonder of the Moulilele, the Telelele, the Violele, the Darkalele, the Jazz-o-flutelele, etc. A fascinating programme for music lovers from 5 to 95!
