La Nouvelle Flibuste
A musical Utopia dreamed up at the end of the last century by Michel Kazungu, a naïve composer and megalomaniac conductor, La Nouvelle Flibuste is a large brass and steel band created for musical street parades. The deep basses of the dudups, 400 litre drums wrought using the same technique as the steeldrums from Trinidad.
